Tour Inclusions:
Tours include venues, meals and entry fees as and where indicated
only. Feature Tours takes no responsibility for the provision of any
optional or suggested activities as these are the responsibility of
the passenger.
Tour Alterations:
On occasions tour itineraries may have to be altered at short notice
due to weather, road or social conditions. Such alterations will be
notified to passengers as they are known. Feature Tours gives no
guarantee of the exact arrival or departure times of tours as
circumstances can affect these.
Minimum Number:
A minimum number of passengers are required on all tours. Full
day tours have a minimum number of 10 passengers. Notice will
be provided where any tour is to be cancelled and an alternative
tour or full refund will be offered. When booking, please be sure
to provide your contact number(s).
Fares:
All fares stated in this brochure are inclusive of 10% goods and
services tax (GST) and are correct at the time of printing and
supersede all prices previously advertised. All fares and itineraries
are valid at time of printing.
A surcharge may apply for Credit Card and EFTPOS transactions.
Upon confirmation of booking applicable charge will be advised.
We accept Master Card, Visa, Bankcard, Diners and AMEX
Concession: Australia, UK, Europe, NZ and US Seniors, YHA, VIP
and NOMADS cardholders and Tertiary Students
Children: 3-14 years
Infants: Travel free if nursed
Unaccompanied Children:
Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult
unless authorised in writing to do so by their parent or guardian.
Cancellation Fees:
Once full payment is received the following cancellation fees apply
for tours in this brochure.
Cancellation 48 hours prior to travel: 100% refund
Cancellation 24 hours prior to travel: 50% refund
Failure to travel - no cancellation advised: No refund
Feature Tours strongly recommend Travel Insurance be taken out to
cover against such charges.
Restricted Foods:
Consumption of hot foods and dairy products are not permitted
while on the coach.
Other Operators:
Feature Tours only takes responsibility for the carriage of passengers
on our own services. Feature Tours only includes other operators in
this brochure as a sales agent and takes no responsibility for the
provision of other operator’s services or any accident, injury, delay,
irregularity, loss or damage caused by other operators.
Brochure Validity:
The current brochure is valid until 31/3/2007
Feature Tours do not operate Christmas Day or Good Friday
